Hoi zusammen, Ich suche nach einem sympathischen Mitbewohnenden. Die Wohnung ist riesig und umfasst zwei Etagen. Insgesamt sind es 160m2 und 7 Zimmer. Davon 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei mögliche Büros und Wohn-und Esszimmer, plus separate Küche. Eine kleine Terrasse, Keller und Gartenhaus gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Da es eine WG-Neugründung ist, ist die genaue Aufteilung der Wohnung bisher nicht festgelegt und die gesamte Wohnung kann mitgenutzt und gestaltet werden. Sie ist zudem sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 10min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Baden und 2min zu den Thermalbädern. Der Preis richtet sich an eine 2er WG. Ich könnte mir allerdings auch sehr gut vorstellen eine 3er WG draus zu machen. Genug Platz hat die Wohnung auf jeden Fall. This includes 3 bedrooms, two potential offices, and a living and dining room, along with a separate kitchen. The apartment also comes with a small terrace, a cellar, and a garden shed. The whole apartment would be for sharing besides everyone would have its own room. How the rooms are being used can be discussed. It's very centrally located, about a 15-minute walk to Baden train station and 5 minutes to the thermal baths. I've taken over the apartment completely, but due to its size, I'd appreciate having a roommate. As this is a newly formed shared apartment, there's the opportunity to have a say in its setup if desired. The price is currently calculated for a 2-person share, but I'm also open to the idea of creating a 3-person share. There's definitely enough space for a three-person share. Das verfügbare Zimmer ist ca. 25m² groß, bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten und teilweise auf die Limmat und könnte auch möbliert angeboten werden. In der Wohnung gibt es insgesamt sieben Zimmer, wovon drei große Schlafzimmer sind, was sie ideal für eine Zweier- oder Dreier-WG macht. Ein offener Wohn- und Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Eine separate Küche, ein Bad, zwei Toiletten, eine sonnige Terrasse, ein Gartenhaus und ein Keller runden das Ganze ab. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Nebenstraße, nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Baden entfernt. Ein harmonisches und respektvolles Miteinander ist mir sehr wichtig.
