Wichtig ist mir ein offener Umgang sowie Freiraum für alle Mitbewohner. In der WG sollte rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgegangen werden, gemeinsames Kochen und zusammensitzen ist gerne gesehen, eine Party WG ist aber nicht erwünscht. Die WG hat alles was es braucht (Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank/ Badezimmer mit WC, Badewanne und Dusche. Zwei Waschmaschine, Tumbler und „Trocknungsanlagen" mit flexibler Belegung hat es auch im Haus, mit diesen habe ich bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Wohnung ist super zentral (3min zum Bahnhof Altstetten mit fast immer geöffneten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 15min mit dem Bus zur ETH Hönggerberg, 9min zum HB mit dem Zug, ca. 25min zur Uni/ETH Zentrum mit dem Zug und etliche Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer nähe zum Haus).
