Your potential room offers a lovely view of the Uetliberg and measures 13.7 square meters, with a shared bathroom spanning 4.7 square meters, complete with a shower. Additionally, you'll have access to a spacious living area and kitchen totalling 50.1 square meters, as well as a charming loggia (a small terrace) of 8.8 square meters. No need to worry about laundry days, as the apartment comes equipped with communal washer and dryer facilities (in the shared bathroom).
