House: 56m² with two rooms
Your room: about 18-20m²
A desk, a chair, a cabinet, a bed and a mattress will be left inside.

Another room is mine. I am a boy and an MD-PhD student at the University of Bern, having good habits, open-minded, and like to go to the gym outdoor sports. Usually, I keep quiet in my room.

Transportation: Tram 7/8, Bus 31. The Bahnhof can provide any convenience you want. 5 min of train (S3/6/31..)to Bern Bahnhof
Supermarket: Lidl, Coop, or some shops for takeaway

Begin: 1-4-2024 12:00
End: 31-5-2024 12:00
If you need to extend, please communicate with me in advance whether it is possible.

Requirement: Don't make the house dirty and noisy. After 22:00, please keep quiet if nothing special.

Payment: Pay the rent of two months together in advance before you live inside.
